03/14/10 Finished Installing Tie Down Brackets. 2.0hrs

Today I finished the tie down brackets. First I used a tap to thread where the tie down ring will go in to the bracket. Next I countersunk the back of each of the spacers. I primed all of the peices, then installed each bracket on the spars.

Using the tap to thread the bracket.

Countersinks on the spacers.

Riveting on the nutplates.

Tie down bracket installed.
